Aimé Leon Dore offers returns for store credit or refund on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all branded dust bags and tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; allow 5-7 business days for processing upon receipt.
